This is literally one of my very favorite places to eat in San Francisco. From the first experience here with the BEEF RIBS to my most recent experience of the POLLO PIBIL (being now my favorite soup EVER!) I am taken away at how delicious the food is here every single time. All dishes on the menu are guaranteed to HIT! Every experience getting better each time with a look of wow on my face with the first bite. Don't sleep on this place!! This amazing Mom & Pop Shop is soon to be your fave also. It's a bit off the beaten path but I promise you the food will liven your spirits to the MAXX. Please don't let me forget to pay compliments to the friendly front of the house staff Arely, I believe is here name. She is there greeting us with a smile and prompt service making us feel very at home. Come check this place out!!

I was looking for Mexican food around the Tenderloin in a Saturday. Most places near me did not open until 10 am, (even if hours on Yelp said they were open now). Anyway place was open, not Mexican but close enough. I ordered the panuchos de achiote. Kinda like a tostada with beans pork marinated in anatto (achiote). Really hit the spot. Service was good, I walked up to counter to order. Food came out fast and piping hot. Be careful with the hot sauce , it's super but goes well with the food.

This is an amazingly authentic Mexican restaurant. All the dishes we had were delicious: tacos, fried fish, soup, etc. It's higher quality dishes than your normal taco stand. Also excellent service and friendly staff. Definitely would come back again!
